Compact foil and pasta machine made entirely of stainless steel.

It has a crank handle with a plastic cover for ease of use, a 7-position slice thickness regulator for dough thicknesses from 0.3 to 3mm and a clamp that can grip the table or kitchen counter for greater stability.

Possibility to prepare 100% handmade pasta such as lasagne, fettuccine and tagliolini as well as 18 cm wide sheet with pure ingredients of your choice.

Important Instructions

First use : clean the machine with a dry cloth. Pass a piece of dough at least 3 times through the machine in such a way that it covers the entire cutting width. Throw away the dough you used the first time, clean the machine with a dry cloth and you are good to go.

Cleaning : Use a small brush or toothbrush to clean the machine. Do not attempt to clean the machine with metal or sharp objects. Do not wash in a dishwasher.
