Electric foil and pasta machine made of metal frame while the cutters are made of stainless steel frame.

It has an on-off switch, stainless steel cutters for pasta such as lasagne, fettuccine and tagliolini, a stainless roller for creating a 18 cm wide sheet, a 7- level dough thickness regulator for thicknesses from 0.2 to 3mm and a mechanism for holding the thickness regulator at the desired level.

It has low consumption (power 70W) and is recommended for home use.

The electric foil machine complies with European safety standards ( CE certification ) and is safe in contact with food. ( REGULATION (EC) N.1935/2004 )

Important Instructions

First use : clean the machine with a dry cloth. Pass a piece of dough at least 3 times through the machine in such a way that it covers the entire cutting width. Throw away the dough you used the first time, clean the machine with a dry cloth and you are good to go.

Cleaning : Use a small brush or toothbrush to clean the machine. Do not attempt to clean the machine with metal or sharp objects. Do not wash in a dishwasher.
