It has an on-off switch with a silicone cover to protect it from water, stainless steel cutters for pasta such as lasagne, fettuccine and tagliolini, a stainless roller to create a 15 cm wide sheet, a 9-level dough thickness regulator for thicknesses from 0.2 to 3 mm and a mechanism holding the thickness regulator at the desired level.

It has low consumption (power 90w) and is recommended for home use.

The electric foil machine complies with European safety standards ( CE certification ) and is safe in contact with food. ( REGULATION (EC) N.1935/2004 )

Important Instructions

First use : clean the machine with a dry cloth. Pass a piece of dough at least 3 times through the machine in such a way that it covers the entire cutting width. Throw away the dough you used the first time, clean the machine with a dry cloth and you are good to go.

Cleaning : Use a small brush or toothbrush to clean the machine. Do not attempt to clean the machine with metal or sharp objects. Do not wash in a dishwasher.
