SHULE Pappardelle Preparation Tool 19x9x5cm INOX Width 45mm

Pappardelle pasta preparation accessory, made of stainless steel (INOX).

It can be placed on SHULE foil and pasta machines, single foil machine (code 428.50) and detachable foil and pasta machine with 15cm dough width (code 428.51) .

Creates at the same time, 3 Pappardelle pastas each 45mm wide.

Important Instructions

First use : clean the machine with a dry cloth. Pass a piece of dough at least 3 times through the machine in such a way that it covers the entire cutting width. Throw away the dough you used the first time, clean the machine with a dry cloth and you are good to go.

Cleaning : Use a small brush or toothbrush to clean the machine. Do not attempt to clean the machine with metal or sharp objects. Do not wash in a dishwasher.
