Dough and pasta maker from the leading Italian designer and producer MARCATO, model REGINA. It is made entirely of food-grade ABS plastic and its heads are made of chrome-plated steel and Teflon to prevent harmful metal residues from being released into food. It has a metal crank with a rotating plastic handle and a stabilizing clamp that fits on the table or kitchen counter for added stability. It contains five parts - heads for making 100% handmade, homemade pasta with pure ingredients of your choice in different shapes such as rigatoni, small macaroni, large macaroni, fusilli, bucatini. The heads are easily changed with the help of a special key which is included in the package. Excellent tool to create unique pasta dishes with traditional Italian recipes in a short time.

Important Instructions

First use : clean the machine with a dry cloth. Pass a piece of dough at least 3 times through the machine and the heads. Throw away the dough you used the first time, clean the machine with a dry cloth and you are good to go.

Cleaning : To clean the machine use a small brush, toothbrush or toothpick when the dough is dry. Do not attempt to clean the machine with metal or sharp objects. Do not wash in a dishwasher.
