The frame and mixing blade are made of high-strength ABS plastic, the foil and pasta making parts are made of aluminum and the cutting rollers are made of anodized aluminum alloy to prevent harmful metal residues from being released into the dough. Create fresh dough with ingredients of your choice using the special mixing bucket with a capacity of 750g of ingredients. The PASTAMIXER machine enables the preparation of lasagne, tagliolini and fettuccine thanks to the 2 accessories it has or a 15cm wide sheet for traditional Greek pies and sweets. It has an on-off switch, mixing bowl lid safety, power push button and a 10-level dough thickness regulator for thicknesses from 4.8mm (level 0) to 0.6mm (level 9).

Cleaning

Remove all parts from the machine. To remove the dough mixing blade unscrew the lever on the left side, lift the lid and remove the blade. To clean the parts and the machine use a brush and with a long wooden tool clean the cutting rollers. Then use a wet towel to clean the machine. Do not wash in a dishwasher or wash with water.
