Cereal milling and flour production machine from the leading Italian designer and producer MARCATO, model MARGA MULINO. The frame of the machine is made of chrome-plated steel for maximum resistance over time, while the cylinders are made of anodized aluminum alloy to prevent harmful metal residues from being released into the food. A great tool for creating fresh cereal flakes and flours in just minutes. The flakes are made by crushing the fruit, while the flour is made by grinding the flakes from the rollers. Using three rollers that rotate at different speeds, it grinds and flakes soft grains like oats, barley and rye, as well as hard grain seeds like summer and winter wheat, buckwheat, rice, buckwheat and more. It has a crank with a metal handle for ease of use, a clamp that fits on the table or kitchen counter for greater stability and a 6 slice thickness regulator levels. There is a possibility of automatic operation with the Pastadrive 220V motor (not included in the package) which makes the process more relaxing and faster.

Important Instructions

First use : clean the machine with a dry cloth. Pass 200 grams of grain at least 3 times through the machine in such a way that it covers the entire width of the rollers. Throw away the flakes you used the first time, clean the machine with a dry cloth and you are good to go.

Cleaning : Use a small brush or toothbrush to clean the machine. Do not attempt to clean the machine with metal or sharp objects. Do not wash in a dishwasher.
