Split-detachable sheet and pasta machine from the leading Italian designer and manufacturer MARCATO, model ATLAS 150. The frame of the machine is made of anodized painted aluminum for maximum durability while the cutters are made of anodized aluminum alloy so that no harmful metals are released leftovers in the dough.
It has a crank with a metal handle for ease of use, a clamp that fits on the table or kitchen counter for greater stability and a 10-level dough thickness regulator for thicknesses from 4.8mm (level 0) to 0.6mm (level 9) while it can prepare a 15 cm wide sheet.
The Atlas150 machine enables the preparation of handmade sheets for unique Greek pies and includes cutters for the preparation of 100% handmade traditional Italian pasta such as lasagna, fettuccine, tagliolini etc. with pure ingredients of your choice and many other pastas with the appropriate accessories .
There is a possibility of automatic operation with the Pastadrive 220V motor (not included in the package) which makes the preparation process relaxing and faster.
Important Instructions
First use : clean the machine with a dry cloth. Pass a piece of dough at least 3 times through the machine in such a way that it covers the entire cutting width. Throw away the dough you used the first time, clean the machine with a dry cloth and you are good to go.
Cleaning : Use a small brush or toothbrush to clean the machine. Do not attempt to clean the machine with metal or sharp objects. Do not wash in a dishwasher.
