Sheet and pasta machine from the leading Italian designer and manufacturer MARCATO, model AMPIA 150. The frame of the machine is made of chrome-plated steel for maximum durability while the cutters are made of anodized aluminum alloy to prevent harmful metal residues from being released into the dough. It has a crank with a metal handle for ease of use, a clamp that fits on the table or kitchen counter for greater stability and a 10-level dough thickness regulator for thicknesses from 4.8mm (level 0) to 0.6mm (level 9) while it can prepare a 15 cm wide sheet. The Ampia 150 machine enables the preparation of 100% handmade traditional Italian pasta such as lasagna, fettuccine, tagliolini etc. with pure ingredients of your choice, as well as handmade foil for unique Greek pies. There is a possibility of automatic operation with the Pastadrive 220V motor (not included in the package) which makes the preparation process more relaxing and faster.

Important Instructions

First use : clean the machine with a dry cloth. Pass a piece of dough at least 3 times through the machine in such a way that it covers the entire cutting width. Throw away the dough you used the first time, clean the machine with a dry cloth and you are good to go.

Cleaning : Use a small brush or toothbrush to clean the machine. Do not attempt to clean the machine with metal or sharp objects. Do not wash in a dishwasher.
