Italian-made square food container 2lt, made of plastic suitable for food according to European regulations. Resistant to daily use and suitable for washing in the dishwasher as it withstands up to 100°C. It is used to store food in the refrigerator (maintenance - freezing) while it has a special valve on the lid to remove the air from inside. Before placing the food container in the freezer, press on the center of the lid to let the air out and then close the valve. This is how food is stored in vacuum conditions, increasing the shelf life and reducing the possibility of spoilage. It is placed in the microwave oven for heating or defrosting food, with the valve open to introduce fresh air.
