Sheet and pasta machine from the MARCATO factory. The frame of the machine is made of chrome-plated steel for maximum durability while the cutters are made of anodized aluminum alloy to prevent harmful metal residues from being released into the dough.

It has a 220V Pastadrive motor for smooth and fast operation, a 10-level dough thickness regulator for thicknesses from 4.8mm (level 0) to 0.6mm (level 9) and it can prepare a 15cm wide sheet. The Atlasmotor 220V machine enables the preparation of handmade sheets for unique Greek pies, includes cutters for the preparation of 100% handmade traditional Italian pasta such as lasagna, fettuccine, tagliolini etc. while using the appropriate accessories you can create more pasta.

Important Instructions

First use : clean the machine with a dry cloth. Pass a piece of dough at least 3 times through the machine in such a way that it covers the entire cutting width. Throw away the dough you used the first time, clean the machine with a dry cloth and you are good to go.

Cleaning : Use a small brush or toothbrush to clean the machine. Do not attempt to clean the machine with metal or sharp objects. Do not wash in a dishwasher.
